铸牢中华民族共同体意识在城镇少数民族流动人口中的实践 基于石佛寺镇天下玉源社区的社会调查

Casting the Consciousness of the Chinese National Community among Ethnic Minority Migrants in Urban Area

做好新时代党的民族工作,要把铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为党的民族工作的主线。改革开放以来我国城市化进程不断加快,大量边疆少数民族流动人口进入到中东部地区,既丰富了当地基层社区的人口结构,同时也给城镇民族工作带来了新的挑战。河南省南阳市镇平县石佛寺镇天下玉源社区以维吾尔族流动人口为主,本文通过对石佛寺镇天下玉源社区进行田野调查,以对社区维吾尔族流动人口访谈为主要途径,探究如何铸牢城镇少数民族流动人口的中华民族共同体意识。研究表明,构建民族互嵌式社区环境、提供与当地居民同等享受公共服务的权利、开展各种社区文化活动等是促进城镇少数民族流动人口与当地居民之间广泛交往、全面交流、深度交融的有效措施,是推动其铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要手段。

Achieving a high-level ethnic work in the new era requires to regard casting the consciousness of the Chinese national community as the thread of ethnic work.With the continuous acceleration of China's urbanization process since the reform and opening-up,a large number of ethnic minorities have entered the central and eastern region,enriching the demographic structure of grassroots communities,and also presenting new challenges for cities'ethnic work.The Tianxiayuyuan Community of Shifosi is dominated by the Uyghur migrants.Through the method of field surveys,researchers interviewed several Uyghur migrants in Tianxia Yuyuan Community of Shifosi,intended to analyse how to cast the consciousness of the Chinese national community among minority floating population.Studies have shown that building an ethnically embedded community environment is an effective way to deal with the increasing number of floating urban ethnic minority populations.Various measures must be actively taken in community interactions to cast the consciousness of the Chinese national community among minority floating population.
