皮肤病专科医院住院费用控制路径探讨——基于灰色关联与结构变动度分析

Discussion on the Ways of Controlling Inpatient Expenses in Dermatology Hospital——Analysis Based on Grey Correlation and Structural Change Degree

目的:分析广东省某皮肤病专科医院2015年-2019年住院费用结构变化情况与构成规律,探讨医疗改革政策与费用变化之间的关系,为进一步控制皮肤病专科医院住院费用不合理增长、深化公立医院相关改革提供理论依据。方法:采用灰色关联分析法及结构变动度分析法进行数据分析,探究患者住院费用结构的变动情况。结果:药品费用稳中有降,住院总费用相对合理,体现医务人员智力性劳动收入关联系数改观并不明显。结论:住院费用控制有一定成效,但在成本控制与医务人员激励体系上存在优化空间。

Objective:To analyze the change of inpatient cost structure and constitution law in acertain dermatology hospitalin Guangdongfrom 2015 to 2019.Exploring the relationship between reform policies and changes in costs.To provide theoretical basis for further controlling the unreasonable increase of inpatient expenses in dermatological hospitals and deepening the relevant reform in public hospitals.Methods:Grey Correlation Analysis and structural change analysis were used to analyze the change of inpatient cost structure.Results:The drug cost decreased steadily,the total cost of hospitalization was relatively reasonable.However,it’s not obvious to find out the medical staff’s income improvement of the correlation coefficient of intellectual Labor.Conclusions:The inpatient expense control has certain effect,but there’s still optimization space in the cost control and medical personnel incentive system.
