摘要
目的研究复方阿胶粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 2018年9月采用192只SPF级ICR小鼠,随机分为4组,每组48只,每组再分为3个剂量组(0.83、1.67、5.00 g/kg·bw)和1个溶剂对照组,连续灌胃35 d后,测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能指标和NK细胞活性。结果与对照组相比,复方阿胶粉中(0.56±0.06)、高(0.55±0.05)剂量组能促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.01),提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数[中剂量组(29.13±3.69)×10^(3)/全脾、高剂量组(30.27±5.03)×10^(3)/全脾]、血清溶血素含量(中剂量组79.62±9.51,高剂量组82.56±10.46)、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率(中剂量组40.88±9.82,高剂量组41.13±8.75)及吞噬指数(中剂量组0.59±0.13,高剂量组0.61±0.12)(P<0.05或P<0.01),低[(34.23±5.91)%]、中[(44.48±5.87)%]、高[(42.52±7.64)%]三个剂量组均可提高NK细胞活性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论复方阿胶粉具有增强小鼠免疫力的功能。
Objective To explore the immunomodulatory effects of compound Ejiao powder in mice. Methods In September 2018,192 SPF ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 48 mice in each group, and each group was further divided into 3 dose groups(0.83,1.67,5.00 g/kg·bw) and a solvent control group.After continuous gastric administration for 35 days, cellular immunity, humoral immunity, index of mononuclear-macrophage phagocytosis and NK cell activity were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the medium(0.56±0.06) and high(0.55±0.05) dose groups compound Ejiao powder could promote the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes in the medium(0.56±0.06) and high(0.55±0.05) dose groups mice(P<0.01),increase the number of antibody-producing cells in mice [the medium dose group(29.13±3.69)×10^(3)/whole spleen, the high dose group(30.27±5.03)10;/whole spleen],the content of serum hemolysin(the medium dose group 79.62±9.51,the high dose group 82.56±10.46),the phagocytic percentage of peritoneal macrophages(40.88±9.82 in the middle dose group and 41.13±8.75 in the high dose group) and the phagocytic index(0.59±0.13 in the middle dose group and 0.61±0.12 in the high dose group)(P<0.05 or P<0.01),NK cell activity in the low [(34.23±5.91)%],medium [(44.48±5.87)%],and high [(42.52±7.64)%] group were all improved(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Ejiao powder can strengthen immune functions of mice.
