摘要 电解水可产生清洁能源,但受其高成本制约,一直无法大规模使用。过渡金属硫化物因其成本低、催化活性高和操作稳定的特点,在替代贵金属催化剂应用于电解水技术方面,受到广泛关注。本文以海藻酸钠作为载体,分别与金属钴盐和镍盐混合,经高温硫化煅烧制备碳载硫化钴和硫化镍电催化剂,并对电催化剂的形貌、成分及电催化析氧反应(OER)的催化性能进行研究。结果表明:硫化钴和硫化镍均具有二维片层状结构,对OER具有较好的催化活性;NiS电催化剂具有更低的塔菲尔斜率和电荷转移电阻,即更利于析氧反应进行。本研究对合成高效低成本的OER催化剂材料具有重要的指导意义。 Electrolyzed water can generate clean energy,but due to its high cost,it has not been used on a large scale.In recent years,transition metal sulfides have received extensive attention in replacing precious metal catalysts in electrolysis water,due to their low cost,high catalytic activity and operational stability.In this paper,sodium alginate was used as a carrier,mixed with metal cobalt salt and nickel salt respectively.After high-temperature vulcanization and calcination,the carbon-supported CoS and NiS electrocatalysts were obtained.At the same time,the morphology,composition and the catalytic performance on oxygen evolution reaction(OER)were studied in this paper.The research results show that both CoS and NiS have a two-dimensional lamellar structure and good catalytic activity for OER.The NiS electrocatalyst has a lower Tafel slope and charge transfer resistance.Therefore,the NiS electrocatalyst is more facilitated on oxygen evolution reaction.This work has significant instruction for the synthesis of OER catalyst materials with high efficiency and low cost.
