摘要
随着航空航天技术的发展,对航空发动机效率的要求不断提高,封严涂层的制备作为发动机气路密封的重要技术,对发动机性能有重要影响。本文综述国内外Al/BN可磨耗封严涂层的制备方法,分析制备条件对涂层的影响,介绍航空发动机封严涂层的结构及可磨耗性等相关性能的研究进展,重点阐述Al/BN封严涂层的腐蚀性能,特别说明电偶腐蚀行为及机理,总结近年Al/BN封严涂层的研究成果,提出Al/BN封严涂层的未来研究方向。
With the development of aviation technology,the efficiency of aeroengines are more demanding.The preparation of sealing coating,as an important technology of engine gas path sealing,has an important impact on engine performance.This paper reviews the preparation methods of Al/BN abradable seal coating at home and abroad,analyzes the influence of preparation conditions on the coating,introduces the research progress of the structure and abrasion properties of the aero-engine seal coating,focuses on the corrosion performance of Al/BN seal coating,especially the galvanic corrosion behavior and mechanism.The research achievements of Al/BN sealing coatings in recent years were summarized,and the future research direction of Al/BN sealing coatings was proposed.
