共情力:当代新闻记者重要的采写能力

Empathy:An Important Ability of Contemporary Journalists

当前“流量至上”的意识充斥着新闻采写的各个方面,新闻记者为博人眼球而漠视采访对象的情况时有发生,此种现象折射出新闻从业者“共情力”缺失的现象。如何提升新闻记者的“共情力”,准确把握采访对象的内心世界,成为当前新闻行业者必须思考的问题。文章分析了共情力在新闻采写实践中的重要作用,提出可以通过选择适恰的采访场所、加强对采访对象的人文关怀、深入基层进行现场采写等方式提升新闻记者的“共情力”。

At present,the consciousness of“flow first”is full of every corner of news gathering and writing.Journalists often ignore the interviewees in order to attract people’s attention.Many numb and indifferent reports reflect the lack of“empathy”of contemporary journalists.In order to improve“empathy”,journalists must improve their communication ability,transposition thinking ability and learn to respect and tolerate interviewees.In addition,practicing on-site interview is also one of the important ways to improve the“empathy”of contemporary journalists.The improvement of journalists’“empathy”is of great significance to reverse the current vulgarization trend of news media and better guide social public opinion.
