针对气道黏液高分泌的呼吸康复治疗中国专家共识 被引量:11

Chinese experts consensus on pulmonary rehabilitation therapy for airway mucus hypersecretion

摘要 气道黏液高分泌是指各种致病因素引起气道黏膜产生过量黏液的病理生理过程, 气道黏液高分泌会导致气道阻塞, 进而出现气体交换功能障碍、通气与灌注比例失调等病理生理异常, 使患者肺功能和生活质量显著下降, 是影响慢性气道炎症性疾病发病与进展的重要危险因素。明确气道黏液高分泌的病理生理及临床特征, 将有助于建立针对气道黏液高分泌的呼吸康复治疗方法。由中国医学装备协会呼吸病学装备专业委员会、中国残疾人康复协会肺康复专业委员会中青年肺康复专业学组的有关专家组成的共识撰写专家组, 通过文献检索和专家组的反复讨论, 制订本共识, 为临床实践提供参考。 Airway mucus hypersecretion is the pathophysiological process of excessive mucus production on airway mucosa caused by numerous pathogenic factors.It will lead to airway obstruction,resulting in pathophysiological abnormalities such as gas exchange dysfunction and V/Q mismatch,which will significantly reduce pulmonary function and quality of patient life.It is an important risk factor affecting the pathogenesis and progression of chronic airway inflammatory disease.To clarify the pathophysiological and clinical characteristics of airway mucus hypersecretion will contribute to establish a pulmonary rehabilitation therapy for airway mucus hypersecretion patients.Therefore,through literature review and considerable discussion,this consensus was formulated by the experts from Respiratory Equipment Committee of China Association of Medical Equipment and Young and Middle-aged Pulmonary Rehabilitation Committee of Pulmonary Rehabilitation Committee of China Association of Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons,thus providing reference for clinical practice.
