重症监护室(ICU)患者睡眠障碍发生率高。睡眠障碍可以影响全身各个系统, 同时可以影响ICU患者的近期和远期预后。了解引起ICU患者睡眠障碍的因素对ICU患者疾病的康复和预后至关重要。机械通气是导致ICU患者发生睡眠障碍的主要因素之一, 不论是呼吸机模式的选择和参数设置还是机械通气所需的静脉镇静均能影响ICU患者的睡眠。本文就机械通气对ICU患者睡眠影响的研究进展作简要综述。

Patients in intensive care unit(ICU)have a high incidence of sleep disorder,which can affect various systems throughout the body and can affect both the short-term and long-term outcomes of ICU patients.Understanding the factors causing sleep disorder in ICU patients is very important for the recovery and prognosis of ICU patients.Mechanical ventilation is one of the main factors leading to sleep disorders in ICU patients.Both the selection and parameter setting of ventilator mode and the intravenous sedation required by mechanical ventilation can affect the sleep of ICU patients.This article briefly reviews the research progress of the effect of mechanical ventilation on sleep in ICU patients.
