董氏“背奇穴”与背俞穴的分布及主治规律探析

Distribution and Indication Law of DONG's‘Back Extra-Ordinary Acupoints’and Back-Shu Acupoints

背俞穴为足太阳膀胱经经穴,位于后正中线旁开1.5寸,是直接以脏腑命名的一类特定穴,对治疗脏腑病症具有特异性。董氏奇穴在颈、背和腰部分布了大量的腧穴,分布于背腰部的奇穴与背俞穴有密切联系,且多个奇穴与背俞穴重合,对治疗脏腑病证、痛症、疑难病症、局部及全身病症等疗效较佳。本研究通过对两者在穴位分布、主治病症及针刺方法上异同点的比较得出,董氏“背奇穴”与背俞穴有联系亦有区别,董氏“背奇穴”扩大了背俞穴的分布及主治范围,其针刺方法更简捷,在临床治疗中二者可相互补充、提高疗效。

Back-Shu acupoints are the points of foot-Taiyang bladder meridian,which are located at 1.5 inches by the posterior median line,and are the specific acupoints named directly by the viscera,which are specific to the treatment of viscera diseases.A lot of Dong's extra-ordinary acupoints distribute on neck,back and waist,and those located at the back and waist have close relations with back-Shu acupoints and most of them are overlapped and are effective for internal injury viscera diseases,pain symptoms,complicated diseases,local and systemic diseases.This study concluded that Dong's‘back extra-ordinary acupoints’and back-Shu acupoints were closely related but also different to each other by reviewing similarities and differences of their distributions,indications and acupuncture manipulations.Dong's‘back extra-ordinary acupoints’have expanded the distribution of back-Shu acupoints and the range of treatments,the acupuncture manipulations are simple and direct.In clinical treatment,they can complement each other to improve the curative effect.
