摘要
根据"加速批判理论",信息技术的发展将造成教师负担短期减轻、长期增加的必然趋势。这种长期增负的趋势源于教育领域的信息技术以"学"为中心的技术意向性与教师长久以来被体制形塑的以"教"为中心的传统惯习之间的内在冲突。这种冲突的解决,存在两种潜在可能:教师为教育转型承受更重的工作负担或拒绝运用新技术以减轻自己的工作负担。因此,遵循"技术—负担—教育转型"之间的逻辑关系,提升教师数字胜任力水平,推动教师专业标准更新,促进教师组织与管理体系变革,是数字时代教师负担治理、也是助推教育数字化转型的必由之路。
According to the critical theory of social acceleration,the development of information technology will inevitably result in the trend of teachers’reduced workload in a short term but increased workload in the long run;the long-term increased workload arises from the inherent conflict between the learner-centeredness implied in the"intentionality"of educational information technology and the teacher-centered habits shaped by the long-term traditional system.There are two potential solutions to this conflict:Teachers bear a heavier workload in the transformation of education,or refuse to use new technologies to reduce their workload.Therefore,to govern teachers’workload in the digital era and promote the digital transformation of education,we need to follow the logical relationship between"technology-workload-educational transformation,"improve teachers’digital competence,update teachers’professional standards,and promote the reform of the system for the organization and management of teachers.
