火电企业清洁生产实践

Clean Production Practices in Thermal Power Enterprises

“双碳”目标的提出,对火电企业实现清洁生产提出了新的更高要求。新电分公司运用对标、技改、创新等手段,对火电企业实现清洁生产的路径和方法进行了探索实践。结果表明,火电企业通过实施对标先进补短板、技术改造挖潜力、水铁联运降成本、火新互补促转型,可有效查找企业管理方面存在的不足和差距,降低火电机组烟气排放浓度、单位水耗、供电煤耗和燃料运输成本,也为社会电力消费提供了新的供应渠道,既能有效实现清洁生产,也能为火电企业自身带来一定的经济和社会效益。

The"Double carbon"target puts forward higher requirements for thermal power enterprises to achieve clean production.Xinchang Power Generation Branch of SPIC Jiangxi Electric Power Co.,Ltd.applied benchmarking,technological transformation,innovation and other methods to explore and practice the ways to achieve clean production.The results show that through implementing the following measures:making up the shortage of the advanced,tapping the potential of technological transformation,lowering the cost of water-railway combined transportation and promoting the transformation of the coal-fired power plants,the thermal power enterprises can find deficiencies and gaps in corporate management effectively,reduce the flue gas emission concentration,unit water consumption,power supply coal consumption and fuel transportation cost,also provides a new supply channel for social power consumption.It can effectively achieve clean production,also bring certain economic and social benefits to thermal power enterprises.
