摘要
交变电磁场应力检测技术(简称ACSM),是由扰动电磁场检测技术(简称ACFM)发展而来,是一种非接触式应力测量方法。进行应力测量时,该技术不要求表面接触,无需耦合介质或去除油漆等预处理。当铁磁性材料受外部应力作用而发生形变时,材料内的磁性性能也会发生变化,这种现象称为逆磁致伸缩现象。ACSM应力检测的原理是基于铁磁材料的这种逆磁致伸缩现象,当施加外部激励磁场时,因为应力的存在改变了材料内部磁畴的分布,使得铁磁材料的磁导率发生变化,铁磁材料表面感应磁场的大小也会发生变化,通过感应磁场的变化可以反映出应力的大小。
Alternating electromagnetic field stress detection technology(ACSM)is developed from disturbed electromagnetic field detection technology(ACFM).It is a non-contact stress measurement method.For stress measurement,the technology does not require surface contact,coupling medium or pretreatment such as paint removal.When ferromagnetic materials are deformed by external stress,the magnetic properties in the materials will also change.This phenomenon is called inverse magnetostriction.The principle of ACSM stress detection is based on the inverse magnetostriction phenomenon of ferromagnetic materials.When an external excitation magnetic field is applied,the existence of stress changes the distribution of magnetic domains in the material,resulting in the change of permeability of ferromagnetic materials and the size of induced magnetic field on the surface of ferromagnetic materials.The change of induced magnetic field can reflect the size of stress.
