摘要
视觉检测技术在多个领域发挥了重要的作用,其具有非接触、远距离检测的特点,适用于物流仓库的火灾监测。针对夜晚可见度低的特点,对低照度夜视相机在物流仓库火灾监测的应用进行研究探索。使用低照度夜视相机对火焰图像进行图像采集实验,对采集的火焰图像进行区域分割,提取火焰目标区域。结果发现低照度夜视相机对光源非常敏感,在低光照度的环境里能够远距离捕捉到火苗,其他光源与火焰具有相似的颜色空间,为了提高火焰的检测准确度,需要对火焰的多种特征进行研究分析。
Visual detection technology plays an important role in many fields.It has the characteristics of non-contact and long-distance detection,and is suitable for fire monitoring in logistics warehouse.Aiming at the low visibility at night,the application of low illumination night vision camera in fire monitoring of logistics warehouse is studied and explored.The low illumination night vision camera is used to collect the flame image.The region of the collected flame image is segmented and the flame target region is extracted.The results show that the low illumination night vision camera is very sensitive to the light source.It can capture the flame at a long distance in the low illumination environment.Other light sources have similar color space with the flame.For improving the detection accuracy of the flame,it is n ecessary to study and analyze various characteristics of the flame.
