在“双高”背景下,开展高职“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设研究是高职教育提质培优的建设要求,是地方经济转型、产业升级的时代诉求,是提升人才培养质量、增强院校竞争力的现实需求。针对“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设中存在的现实困境,应根据院校发展现状,夯实“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设基础;依据职教发展进程,不断优化“双师型”教师教学创新团队结构;对标产业发展方向,健全“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设机制;依托产业升级需要,加大团队“双师”能力培养力度。
