摘要
焊带作为光伏组件中太阳电池电气连接的重要部件,其表面的尺寸及结构不仅会影响光伏组件的串联电阻和有效受光面积,而且还会影响太阳电池的吸光率,进而影响光伏组件的输出功率。本文将分别采用2种表面尺寸的三角焊带和扁焊带制备成4种小型光伏组件,通过分析这4种小型光伏组件的电性能,研究不同类型及不同表面尺寸的焊带对光伏组件输出功率的影响。结果表明:在标准测试条件(STC)下,在一定范围内增大三角焊带的表面尺寸,可以增强其对太阳光线的反射率,从而减小焊带的内阻,增大光伏组件的输出功率。
As an important part of the electrical connection of solar cells in PV modules,the size and structure of its surface not only affect the series resistance and effective light-receiving area of PV modules,but also affect the absorbance of solar cells,and then affect the output power of PV modules.In this paper,four kinds of small size PV modules will be prepared by using two kinds of surface sizes of triangule welding ribbon and flat welding ribbon respectively.By analyzing the electrical performance of these four kinds of small size PV modules,the influence of different types and surface sizes of welding ribbon on the output power of PV modules will be studied.The results show that:Under standard test conditions(STC),increasing the surface size of the triangle welding ribbon in a certain range can enhance its reflectivity to the sunlight,reduce the internal resistance of the welding ribbon,and increase the output power of the PV module obviously.
