摘要
为了探究大学生人格特征、自尊与班级人际关系之间的关系,采用大五人格量表、自尊量表和班级人际网络问卷对广西某高校394名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示:大五人格的外倾性、开放性和谨慎性与班级人际关系呈显著正相关(r=0.143、r=0.111、r=0.107,p<0.01、p<0.05、p<0.05),大五人格的神经质与自尊呈显著负相关(r=-0.651,p<0.01),大五人格的外倾性、友善性、开放性和谨慎性与自尊呈显著正相关(r=0.564、r=0.215、r=0.258、r=0.608,p<0.01)。自尊在大五人格的外倾性、开放性与谨慎性对班级人际关系的影响中起完全中介作用。大学生人格特征的外倾性、开放性与谨慎性通过自尊影响班级人际关系。
Objective:To explore the relationship between college students'personality characteristics,self-esteem and class interpersonal relationships.Methods:394 college students from a university in Guangxi were investigated with Big Five Personality Scale,Self-esteem Scale and Class Interpersonal Network Questionnaire.Results:The extroversion,openness and cau tion of the Big Five personality are significantly and positively correlated with class interpersonal relationships(r=0.143、r=0.111、r=0.107,p<0.01、p<0.05、p<0.05),Neuroticism of Big Five Personality is significantly negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-0.651,p<0.01),The extroversion,friendliness,openness and prudence of the Big Five personality are significantly positively correlated with self-esteem(r=0.564、r=0.215、r=0.258、r=0.608,p<0.01).Self-esteem plays a full mediating role in the influence of extroversion,openness and prudence of the Big Five personality on class interpersonal relationships.Conclusion:The extroversion,openness and caution of college students'personality traits affect class interpersonal relationships through self-esteem.
