摘要
语文教师的专业素养对语文教育的质量有很大影响。新课程改革明确提出“全面提高学生的语文素养”的要求,而学生语文素养的提高很大程度上依赖语文教师的培养,因此语文教师必须提高自身专业素养。基于《义务教育语文课程标准》的具体要求,以及现阶段语文教师的知识、能力、心理等三个方面存在的问题,从教师自身、学校、社会三个方面做出较为全面地剖析,以完善培养语文教师专业素养的方法体系,从而促进语文教师的专业发展。
The professional quality of Chinese teachers has a great influence on the quality of Chinese education.The new curriculum reform clearly puts forward the requirement of"comprehensively improving students'Chinese literacy",and the improvement of students'Chinese literacy largely depends on the training of Chinese teachers,so Chinese teachers must improve their own professional literacy.Based on the specific requirements of the Chinese curriculum standard for compulsory education,this paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in the three aspects of Chinese teachers'knowledge,ability,psychology.Aiming at the problems existing at the present stage,it puts forward a more comprehensive method system to improve the professional quality of Chinese teachers,so as to promote the professional development of Chinese teachers.
