习近平治国理政理念的海外研究述评

Review of Overseas Research on Xi Jinping's Thoughts on Governance of China

习近平治国理政理念体现了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的发展脉络和主要内容,引发了海外学者的高度关注。通过Web of Science检索、筛选并运用CiteSpace对98篇SSCI收录文献进行可视化分析后发现:2014至2018年海外研究者数量、发文量显著上升,研究热点围绕“习近平”“中国梦”“改革”等内容展开;“一带一路”是海外学者持续关注的外交政策焦点;海外学者高度肯定习近平执政以来的工作成就,认为中国外交风格变得更积极、自信;中国在政治、经济、外交等多方面取得的成就得到海外学者的认可,“中国模式”被其认为值得西方国家借鉴;海外学者普遍认为中国的崛起是对现有世界体系的补充与完善,并不会形成新国际挑战,应该对中国的发展保持乐观态度。

Xi Jinping's thoughts on governance of China reflects the development and major connotation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,attracting the attention of the scholars globally.Ninety-eight SSCI articles are selected and screened through the Web of Science,and CiteSpace was used to visualize the results.The research findings are present as follows:First,the number of overseas researchers and publications increased significantly from 2014 to 2018,focusing on such topics as“Xi Jinping”,“Chinese Dream”and“China's Reform”.Second,the“Belt and Road”Initiative as the one of the focuses of China's foreign policy has attracted the attention of international scholars.Third,overseas scholars have highly recognized the achievements made in China under the leadership of Xi Jinping,holding that China's diplomatic style is growing to be more positive and confident.Fourth,China's achievements in politics,economy,diplomacy and other aspects have been recognized by international scholars with the“China Model”being considered deserving of learning for western countries.Fifth,overseas scholars generally maintain that instead of creating new international challenges,China's rise is the complement and perfection of the existing world system,so we should be optimistic about China's development.
