摘要
高校辅导员视域下,日常思想政治教育与事务管理出现了相互割裂境遇,实现融合是克服这种局面的关键。理论层面,高校辅导员日常思想政治教育与事务管理的融合发展是在符合各自价值逻辑前提下,达到互为基础与融入的应然理性状态。日常思想政治教育“润物细无声”育人境界的实现需要嵌入规则有序的事务管理并根植于教育管理价值整体效应;事务管理也正是服务于日常思想政治教育根本任务并统一于人性价值的基础上才完成了价值使命。实践层面,实现融合需要把控适时转换度,以认知回归为前提、适时指引为方法、网络思想引领为主阵地和高校辅导员职业素养为核心。
From the points of view of college counselors,the daily ideological and political education and the routine affairs management of the college students are presently segmented from each other,and the integration of these two aspects is the key to overcoming this predicament.Theoretically,the integration and development of daily ideological and political education and routine affairs management for college counselors means the rational state of mutual foundation and integration under the premise of complying with their respective values.The realization of the realm of“moistening and nurturing things quietly”in daily ideological and political education needs to be embedded in regular and orderly management of the students routine affairs and rooted in the overall effect of educational management.Because it serves the fundamental task of daily ideological and political education unified in the value foundation of human nature,the management of college students routine affairs has completed its mission of values shaping.In practice,college counselors should take control of the timely conversion between the two tasks in order to achieve their integration,taking cognitive regression as the premise,timely guidance as the method,network thought as the main front and professional quality of college counselors as the core.
