摘要
本文对林草系统某单位全体干部开展问卷调查,并对该单位组织的重点班次质量评估结果进行了分析,结果显示:该单位干部中非林草专业背景人员占比较大,开展林草专业知识培训十分重要;目前已举办的培训班针对性较强、方式方法创新、管理严格规范,参训学员对培训情况比较满意;进一步的培训需求聚集于多样化的培训内容、灵活多样的教学方法、高层次的经验型师资、灵活适中的培训频次和时间,以及重点培训新入职及非林草专业干部。因此,建议从加强制度规划建设、推进培训信息化建设、实现培训资源共建共享等六个方面加强林草干部教育培训工作。
This article conducted a questionnaire survey for all cadres of a unit in the Forestry and Grassland system,and analyzed the quality evaluation results of key training courses.The results shows,Non-Forestry and Grassland professional background cadres accounted for relatively large,organizing professional knowledge training is very important-Participants are satisfied with the training for the strongly targeted,method innovation and strict management-Further training needs focused on the diversified training content,flexible methods,high-level experienced teachers,flexible and moderate training frequency and time,multi-training new recruits and Non-Forestry and Grassland professional background cadres.Therefore,this article recommends strengthening the Forestry and Grassland cadres training from six aspects:strengthen system planning,promote informati-zation,co-construction and sharing of training resources,etc.
