林业工作站在线学习平台运行现状与学习行为分析

The Status Quo and Learning Behavior Analysis of the Online Learning Platform of Forestry Workstation

随着互联网技术的发展,网络学习日益兴盛,对林业行业内开展的在线学习进行研究尤为迫切。本文通过对全国乡镇林业工作站岗位培训在线学习平台2013至2018年的学习数据分析,对林业站干部职工的学习习惯和学习行为进行研究,对学习平台运行中主要做法进行总结,对存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决对策。对于在林业系统开展大规模在线学习具有重要借鉴意义。

With the development of Internet technology,online learning is on the rise,it is especially urgent to conduct research on online learning in the forestry industry-Through the analysis of the learning data of the online training platform of the township forestry workstations in China from 2013 to 2018,the study habits and learning behaviors of the cadres and workers of the forestry stations are studied,and the main practices in the operation of the learning platform are summarized,analyze the existing problems and propose solutions-It is of great significance for developing large-scale online learning in forestry systems。
