An Analysis of Factors Affecting Teaching Quality of ForestryTrainings in the Framework of China Aid and Ways for Improvement with National Academy of Forestry and Grassland Administration as an Example

摘要 本文立足援外培训施训方、受训方两个角度,从承办单位、培训管理者、授课老师、翻译人员、受训国家、受训学员六个主体入手,分析并评估影响援外培训教学质量的可控因素和难控因素,并在此基础上,结合国家林业和草原局管理干部学院援外培训工作实践,按照抓牢可控因素、面对难控因素主动作为争取突破的工作思路,对提升林业援外培训教学质量提出了对策建议。 Taking National Academy of Forestry and Grassland Administration(hereinafter referred to as NAFGA)as an example,this paper makes an analysis and evaluation of various factors affecting the teaching quality of the trainings from two aspects of the trainer and the trainees and six entities of the organizer,working staff,teachers,translators,participating countries and participants-Based on the analysis and NAFGA's training management practice,this paper also puts forward suggestions to improve the teaching quality of forestry trainings in the framework of China aid by working towards controllable factors and affecting the uncontrollable ones.
