摘要
针对功率预测系统技术与功率控制系统技术的标准跟不上系统的功能扩充、性能指标的更新迭代速度以致不能完全满足光伏电站发展的需求的问题,结合新能源场站建设现状及发展趋势分析了功率预测系统技术和功率控制系统技术现有标准的数据采集和处理、系统功能和技术指标,以及软硬件配置要求等方面的问题,提出了针对光伏电站二次系统中预测系统和控制系统的技术规范调整建议。
In view of the problem that the standard of power prediction system technology and power control system technology cannot keep up with the function expansion and performance index update and iteration speed of the system,which cannot fully meet the needs of photovoltaic power station development,combined with the construction status and development trend of new energy station,The problems of data acquisition and processing,system functions and technical indexes,as well as software and hardware configuration requirements of the existing standards of power prediction system and power control system technology are analyzed,and some suggestions on technical specification adjustment for the prediction system and control system of photovoltaic power station secondary system are put forward.
