In order to help Chinese enterprises better understand the requirements of EU green&environmental regulations,this article conducts research and analysis of the EU Circular Economy Action Plan.The EU CEAP legislation focuses on green manufacturing,sustainable consumption,waste management,secondary materials and other major aspects.In the future,there will be plans to further refine requirements in various aspects.Chinese companies should pay more attention to the requirements of batteries,plastics,packaging,etc.in order to meet the corresponding requirements.
