摘要
目的关于低温等离子在鼻内镜鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤手术中的效果探究。方法选择本院于2016年6月到2020年10月接收的鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤患者共60例,(本院2018年开始使用低温等离子刀行鼻腔肿瘤手术)根据术中有无使用等离子刀进行分例,每组各30例,分别为等离子组和非等离子组。非等离子组实施常规的临床方式进行治疗,等离子组实施低温等离子的临床方式进行治疗,收集两组患者在接受治疗过程中各项临床指标的改善状况,对比两组患者的并发症发生率,并分析两组患者各项临床状况的改善效果,最后对患者的预后生活治疗及复发率进行评估和分析,观察低温等离子治疗的临床改善效果。结果等离子组患者的并发症发生率为10.00%,明显低于非等离子组患者而的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);等离子组患者的手术时间明显缩短,且患者的术中出血量也得到较好的控制效果,同时患者的住院时间也得到明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);等离子组患者的生活质量改善状况整体优于非等离子组,且等离子组患者53.33%的复发率也明显低于非等离子组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子在鼻内镜鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤手术的临床应用当中,患者的并发症发生率明显降低,且患者的手术时间及术中出血量等得到了较好的控制效果,促进患者早日康复,有利于改善患者的预后恢复状态,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of low-temperature plasma in endoscopic surgery for nasal inverted papilloma.Methods A total of 60 patients with nasal inverted papilloma received in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2020 (our hospital began to use low-temperature plasma knife for nasal tumor surgery in 2018) were divided into cases according to whether plasma knife was used during operation,with 30 cases in each group,respectively plasma group and non plasma group.The control group was treated with conventional clinical methods,and theplasma group was treated with low-temperature plasma.The improvement of various clinical indexes of the two groups were collected,the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared,and the improvement effects of various clinical conditions of the two groups were analyzed,Finally,the prognosis,life therapy and recurrence rate of patients were evaluated and analyzed to observe the clinical improvement effect of low-temperature plasma therapy.Results The incidence of complications in the plasma group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than 26.67% in the non plasma group (P < 0.05);In the plasma group,the operation time was significantly shortened,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was well controlled,and the hospital stay was significantly improved (P < 0.05);The improvement of quality of life in the plasma group was better than that in the non plasma group,and the recurrence rate of 53.33% in the plasma group was significantly lower than 80.00% in the non plasma group (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the clinical application of low-temperature plasma in endoscopic nasal inverted papilloma surgery,the incidence of complications of patients is significantly reduced,and the operation time and intraoperative bleeding of patients have been well controlled,which can promote the early recovery of patients,improve the prognosis and recovery of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
