扁桃体摘除术后颈部冰敷与内服冰块对术后止痛止血效果的差异性

Differences between neck ice compress and internal use of ice cubes after tonsillectomy on postoperative analgesia and hemostasis

目的探析扁桃体摘除术后采取颈部冰敷与内服冰块对其止痛效果的影响。方法选取2020年1月~2021年1月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中心就诊的扁桃体摘除术患者,统计60例,运用双盲法分组,可分为常规组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),两组均行对症药物诊疗及护理干预,在此基础上,常规组术后予冰块含服,观察组术后予颈部冰敷,对比两组效果。结果观察组术后6h、12h、24hVAS低于常规组(P<0.05);观察组白膜出现时间、3h停止渗血率优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体摘除术后采取颈部冰敷效果理想,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of neck ice compress and oral ice on the analgesic effect after tonsilectomy.Methods Selected patients undergoing tonsillectomy in the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Center of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021,counted 60 cases,grouped by double-blind method,and can be divided into routine group (n=30) and observation group (N=30),both groups were treated with symptomatic drug diagnosis and treatment and nursing intervention.On this basis,the conventional group was treated with ice cubes after the operation,and the observation group was treated with ice on the neck after the operation.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The 6h,12h,and 24h VAS of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05);the appearance time of albuginea in the observation group and the rate of 3h stop bleeding were better than those of the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ice compress on the neck after tonsillectomy is ideal,and it is worth learning.
