彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺腺瘤与结节性甲状腺肿鉴别诊断中的价值

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter

目的研讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺腺瘤与结节性甲状腺肿鉴别诊断中的价值。方法随机选择2020年2月~2021年2月间我院收治的经病理检查确诊为甲状腺腺瘤的36例患者为A组,同期选取确诊为结节性甲状腺肿的36例患者为B组,两组患者均进行了彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组多普勒超声结果以及血流情况。结果 A组病人的回声多为实性,病灶主要为单发,B组回声多是混合性;病灶主要为多发病灶;A组病人的边界更模糊,B组病人的边界相对更清晰;另外A组病人多含有声晕,且显著高于B组患者;P<0.05。A组病人病灶四周及内部血流丰富出现率显著高于B组病人的,P<0.05。结论彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺腺瘤与结节性甲状腺肿鉴别诊断中的价值较高,可显著展现出甲状腺腺瘤与结节性甲状腺肿的回声、病灶数、边界、声晕以及血流情况等情况的区别,适宜应用于两种病症间的临床诊断。

Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,36 patients with thyroid adenoma confirmed by pathological examination in our hospital were randomly selected as group A,and 36 patients with nodular goiter were selected as group B at the same time.Both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound,and the results of Doppler ultrasound and blood flow were compared between the two groups.Results The echo of group A was mostly solid,the focus was mainly single,the echo of group B was mostly mixed;the focus was mainly multiple focus;the boundary of group A was more blurred,the boundary of group B was relatively clearer;in addition,group a contained more halo,which was significantly higher than that of group B;P < 0.05.The occurrence rate of rich blood flow around and inside the lesion in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter,which can significantly show the differences of echo,lesion number,boundary,acoustic halo and blood flow between thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter,and is suitable for the clinical diagnosis of the two diseases.
