参苓白术散加减治疗肺脾气虚证慢性鼻窦炎的效果和对患者临床症状的改善评价

Effect of Modified Shenlingbaizhu Powder in Treating Chronic Sinusitis with Deficiency of Lung-spleen Qi and Evaluation on Improvement of Patients’ Clinical Symptoms

目的观察参苓白术散对肺脾气虚证慢性鼻窦炎的治疗效果。方法选择2020年2月~2021年2月期间收治的130例肺脾气虚证慢性鼻窦炎患者,以便利抽样法分组,研究组、对照组各65例。对照组使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂和克拉霉素,研究组加用参苓白术散加减方。组间对比临床疗效和症状消失时间。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,统计学对比有差异,P<0.05。研究组流脓涕、头晕、鼻塞等症状的消失时间均短于对照组,统计学对比有差异,P<0.05。结论参苓白术散对肺脾气虚证慢性鼻窦炎有显著疗效,可有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on chronic sinusitis with deficiency of lung and spleen Qi.Methods 130 patients with chronic sinusitis with lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome were selected from February 2020 to February 2021,and they were grouped by convenience sampling method,with 65 cases in each of the study group and the control group.The control group used budesonide nasal spray and Clarithromycin,the study group used Shenlingbaizhusan plus and minus prescriptions.The clinical efficacy and the disappearance time of the symptoms were compared between the groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference,P<0.05.The disappearance time of symptoms such as runny nose,dizziness,and nasal congestion in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference,P<0.05.Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu Powder has a significant effect on chronic sinusitis with deficiency of lung and spleen qi,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
