低温等离子消融术治疗小儿腺样体扁桃体肥大的临床探讨

Clinical study of low temperature plasma ablation in treatment of adenoid tonsil hypertrophy in children

目的对小儿腺样体扁桃体肥大应用低温等离子消融术治疗的效果进行研究。方法以在我院治疗的186例腺样体扁桃体肥大患儿为研究对象,选取时段范围2018年1月~2020年10月,以随机数表法均分为对照组与观察组。对照组患儿93例,应用传统手术治疗,观察组患儿93例,应用低温等离子消融术治疗,以患儿临床疗效、围手术期相关指标、术后疼痛、生活质量、并发症为观察指标,对两组观察结果进行统计比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组临床总有效率(95.70%)明显提高,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。观察组术中出血量为明显比对照组少;手术时间、鼻腔恢复通气时间、咽痛持续时间、住院时间明显比对照组短,P<0.05。与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率(2.15%)明显降低,P<0.05,具有显著性差异。结论小儿腺样体扁桃体肥大应用低温等离子消融术治疗后,提高患儿临床疗效,加快术后恢复,值得临床推荐应用。

Objective To study the effect of low-temperature plasma ablation on adenoid tonsil hypertrophy in children.Methods 186 cases of adenoid tonsillar hypertrophy in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the selected period from January 2018 to October 2020 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.93 children in the control group were treated with traditional surgery,and 93 children in the observation group were treated with low-temperature plasma ablation.The clinical efficacy,perioperative related indexes,postoperative pain,quality of life and complications were used as the observation indexes,and the observation results of the two groups were statistically compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of observation group (95.70%) was significantly increased (P < 0.05),with significant difference.The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.The operation time,nasal ventilation time,pharynx pain duration and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in control group (P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group (2.15%) was significantly lower (P < 0.05),showing a significant difference.Conclusion Low temperature plasma ablation for adenoid tonsillar hypertrophy in children can improve the clinical efficacy and accelerate postoperative recovery,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
