分析低温等离子刀射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床效果

To Analyze the Clinical Effect of Low-Temperature Plasma Knife Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Early Glottic Laryngeal Carcinoma

目的评价低温等离子刀射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床效果。方法选择2018年11月~2020年9月来我院就诊的早期声门型喉癌患者为观察对象展开系统调查,从中抽选出15例在全麻手术下采取低温等离子射频消融治疗,分析患者术后康复效果。结果 15例患者的喉癌全部一次性切除,术后声门结构以及喉功能保留完好,未发生严重并发症,随访半年肿瘤未复发,未发现淋巴结转移情况。结论临床治疗早期声门型喉癌选择低温等离子射频消融术的安全性高,术后出现的并发症少,而且还能保留良好的喉功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of early glottic laryngeal carcinoma.Methods The patients with early glottic cancer who came to our hospital from November 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the observation objects to conduct a systematic investigation,and 15 cases were selected to be treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under general anesthesia,and analyzed The patient’s postoperative rehabilitation effect.Results All 15 patients with laryngeal cancer were excised at one time,the glottis structure and laryngeal function were preserved intact after the operation,no serious complications occurred,the tumor did not recur in the follow-up for half a year,and no lymph node metastasis was found.Conclusion The choice of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for clinical treatment of early glottic carcinoma is safe,with fewer complications after surgery,and good laryngeal function,which is worthy of clinical application.
