氧气雾化和超声雾化在急性喉炎治疗中的应用效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析在急性喉炎患者的治疗中采取氧气雾化或超声雾化的不同效果。方法选择2017年1月~2019年12月期间收治的100例急性喉炎患者,以便利抽样法分组,对照组50例,研究组50例。研究组采取氧气雾化治疗,对照组采取超声雾化治疗。组间对比疗效、治疗前后的血氧饱和度。结果研究组的总有效率(98%)高于对照组(78%),统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。组间对比治疗前的血氧饱和度,统计学对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后再次组间对比,研究组的血氧饱和度高于对照组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论氧气雾化治疗对急性喉炎疗效更加显著,可显著提高患者的血氧饱和度。 Objective To analyze the different effects of oxygen atomization or ultrasonic atomization in the treatment of patients with acute laryngitis.Methods 100 patients with acute laryngitis admitted from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and grouped by convenience sampling method.50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the study group.The study group was treated with oxygen atomization,and the control group was treated with ultrasonic atomization.The efficacy and blood oxygen saturation before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group (98%) was higher than that of the control group (78%) There was a statistical difference (P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation before treatment was compared between the groups,and there was no difference in statistical comparison (P>0.05);after the treatment,the blood oxygen saturation of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen atomization treatment is more effective for acute laryngitis,and can significantly increase the patient’s blood oxygen saturation.
