递进式护理模式对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者继发性鼓膜穿孔发生率的影响

Effect of progressive nursing mode on the incidence of secondary tympanic membrane perforation in chronic suppurative otitis media

目的探讨递进式护理模式对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者继发性鼓膜穿孔发生率的影响。方法将我院2018年9月-2020年12月60例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,随机数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理,递进式护理组实施递进式护理模式。比较两组护理前后患者的抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分、护理满意度,并比较两组中耳积液消失时间、住院时间、继发性鼓膜穿孔发生率。结果护理前两组患者的抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分无显著差异,P>0.05。护理后两组患者的抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分均优于护理前,P<0.05。而护理后,递进式护理组抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分显著低于对照组,P<0.05。递进式护理组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。递进式护理组中耳积液消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05。递进式护理组继发性鼓膜穿孔发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论递进式护理模式对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者效果确切,可缓解患者不良情绪,加速患者康复进程,减少继发性鼓膜穿孔发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of progressive nursing mode on the incidence of secondary tympanic membrane perforation in patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods 60 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media from September 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the progressive nursing group was given progressive nursing mode.The scores of depression self-rating scale,anxiety self-rating scale and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing,and the disappearance time of middle ear effusion,hospitalization time and the incidence of secondary tympanic membrane perforation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.After nursing,the scores of depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale were better than those before nursing,P<0.05.After nursing,the scores of depression self-rating scale and anxiety self-rating scale in progressive nursing group were significantly lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Nursing satisfaction of progressive nursing group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.During progressive nursing group,the time of disappearance and hospitalization of middle ear effusion was shorter than that of control group,P<0.05.and the incidence of secondary tympanic membrane perforation in progressive nursing group was lower than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The progressive nursing model has a definite effect on the patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,which can relieve the bad mood of the patients,accelerate the recovery process of the patients,reduce the incidence of secondary tympanic membrane perforation and improve the satisfaction of the patients.
