摘要
目的观察急救护理流程在老年鼻出血患者救治中的应用价值。方法选取我院老年鼻出血患者82例(2019年6月~2020年7月),随机分为急救护理流程的观察组(41例)与常规护理的对照组(41例),观察患者止血效果、急救时间及满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组止血有效率高,急救时间短,满意度评分高,P<0.05。结论给予老年鼻出血患者急救护理流程,能提高止血有效率,减少急救时间,获得较好的满意度,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the application value of emergency nursing procedures in the treatment of elderly patients with epistaxis.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with epistalgia in our hospital (from June 2019 to July 2020) were selected and randomly divided into observation group (41 cases) with emergency nursing procedure and control group (41 cases) with routine nursing.The hemostasis effect,emergency treatment time and satisfaction degree of patients were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher efficiency of hemostasis,shorter emergency treatment time and higher satisfaction score (P < 0.05).Conclusion First aid nursing procedure for elderly patients with epistepsy can improve the efficiency of hemostasis,reduce the first aid time and obtain better satisfaction,which is worth reference.
