聚焦解决模式护理对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of solution focused nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus

目的研究聚焦解决模式护理对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2020年01月-2021年01月收治的100例突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者,随机分为参比组和试验组,各50例。参比组采用常规护理,试验组采用聚焦解决模式护理。对比两组患者护理后的护理效果。结果试验组患者护理后SDS评分和SAS评分低于参比组,生活质量评分高于参比组(P<0.05),试验组患者护理满意度98.00%高于参比组84.00%(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者实施聚焦解决模式护理能够改善患者负性情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of solution focused nursing on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods A total of 100 cases of sudden deafness complicated with tinnitus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,50 cases in each one.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given solution focused nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The SDS score and SAS score of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00% higher than that of the reference group 84.00% (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of solution focused nursing in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus can improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
