摘要
国内外众多垃圾焚烧厂所应用的烟气再循环技术在设计和运行时面临诸多问题:系统的设计、选型、再循环量如何控制以及烟气再循环量与二次风如何匹配等,将对解决这些问题提供技术依据。通过理论研究并结合垃圾焚烧厂实际设计运行过程中遇到的问题分析,提出了垃圾焚烧炉烟气再循环的设计原则,即在设计过程中做好选型和工艺设计,在运行过程中以焚烧系统安全、稳定运行为前提,再考虑污染物排放的控制,该原则为充分发挥该项技术的优势提供了科学依据。
The flue gas recirculation technology applied by many domestic and foreign waste incineration plants faces many problems in the design and operation:system design,selection,how to control the recirculation volume,and how to match the flue gas recirculation volume with the secondary air,this paper will provide technical basis for solving these problems.Through theoretical research and analysis of the problems encountered in the actual design and operation of waste incineration plant,this paper puts forward the design principle of waste incinerator flue gas recirculation,that is,do a good job in selection and process design in the design process,take the safe and stable operation of incineration system as the premise in the operation process,and then consider the control of pollutant emission,This principle provides a scientific basis for giving full play to the advantages of this technology.
