四川省2017年以来环境污染矛盾纠纷现状及对策建议

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Environmental Pollution Conflicts and Disputes in Sichuan Province since 2017

近年来,随着经济社会的不断发展,环境问题引发的矛盾日益凸显,群众反映强烈、涉及面广、社会关注度高、久拖不决的问题,处置不当容易引发影响社会稳定事件。为有效防范和化解环境污染矛盾纠纷,从四川省实际出发,通过调查分析当前四川省环境污染矛盾纠纷现状及产生的原因,针对存在的问题,探索出了解决环境矛盾纠纷的对策和建议。

In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy and society,the contradictions caused by environmental issues have become increasingly prominent.Problems that are strongly reflected by the masses,involve a wide range of areas,attract high social attention,and are long and protracted,may easily lead to events affecting social stability if handle improperly.In order to effectively prevent and resolve environmental pollution conflicts and disputes,this paper started from the reality of Sichuan Province,through investigation and analysis of the current situation and causes of environmental pollution conflicts and disputes in Sichuan Province,in view of the existing problems,explored the countermeasures and suggestions of"Sichuan path"to solve environmental conflicts and disputes.
