摘要
以3种有机合成过程中脱色用粉末状废活性炭为材料,利用高温热解的方法,研究不同再生温度、再生时间等因素对废活性炭再生效果的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜以及比表面积及孔隙分析仪对废活性炭进行表征分析。结果表明,废碳的再生效果与其吸附的物质种类有很大关系;再生样品的碘吸附值和比表面积随着温度的升高而增大;在温度为800℃时,最佳热解条件为90 min;通过两次低温热解(600℃+400℃)可达到一次高温热解(800℃)再生效果。为后期热解法处理废活性炭研究提供实验依据。
Three kinds of activated carbon were used for decolorization in organic synthesis,and the effects of temperature and time on the performances of regenerated activated carbon were studied by high temperature pyrolysis.The regenerated activated carbon was characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and specific surface area and pore analyzer.The results show that the regeneration of activated carbon is closely related to the types of substances adsorbed,the iodine adsorption value and the specific surface area of regenerated samples increase with the temperature rising;the optimum pyrolysis condition is 90 min at a temperature of 800℃,while the regeneration effect of one-time high-temperature pyrolysis(800℃)can be achieved by two times of low-temperature pyrolysis(600℃+400℃).It provides an experimental basis for the treatment of activated carbon by pyrolysis.
