摘要 主要研究了AR1.990X荧光熔融法测定高炉凌组分的样品制备方法,逸定了脱模剂、熔剂、熔剂与试样的比例,建立了分析曲线,进行干扰消除,对准确度、精密度进行验证,实现了ARL9000X荧光光谱炫融法测定高炉炉渣中各组分,该方法可用于荧光压片法分析数据准确性的检测监控,有效降低人工劳动强度,保障为铁焦事业部提供的生产指导敏据的准确性。 The sample preparation for determination of components in blast furnace slag by ARL9900X fluorescence and melting method is mainly studied,the demolding agent,flux and mass ratio of flux to sample are selected,the analysis curve is established,the interference is eliminated,and the accuracy and precision are verified so that it is carried out that various components in blast furnace slag are determined by ARL9900X fluorescence spectrum and melting method.This method can be used to detect and monitor the accuracy of results determined by fluorescence spectrum and tablet-pressing method,effectively reduce the manual labor intensity and ensure the accuracy of production data provided for Industrial Department of Ironmaking and Coking in Shuigang.
