摘要
目的利用眼表综合分析仪分析儿童干眼与近视、性别的相关性。方法选取2020年3月至7月南昌大学附属眼科医院就诊的87例(164眼)7~15岁正视及近视患者作为研究对象,按等效球镜度(SE)分为正视眼组(31眼)、低度近视眼组(73眼)和中度近视眼组(60眼)。所有受检者均行眼表综合分析仪检查,测量首次泪膜破裂时间(NIBUT-f)、平均泪膜裂时间(NIBUT-v)并进行干眼分级。分析性别、近视程度与NIBUT-f、NIBUT-v及干眼分级的相关性。结果男性NIBUT-v低于女性,干眼分级高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但二者的NIBUT-f比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正视眼组NIBUT-f、NIBUT-v均高于近视眼组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同程度近视的NIBUT-f、NIBUT-v及干眼分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SE与NIBUT-f、NIBUT-v无相关性(P>0.05)。结论男性较女性儿童的NIBUT-v缩短,干眼程度更高。相较于正视眼,近视眼儿童的NIBUT-f、NIBUT-v均有所下降,但与近视程度无关。
Objective The correlation between dry eye with myopia and gender was analyzed by ocular surface analyzer.Methods A total of 87 patients(164 eyes)with emmetropia and myopia aged 7-15 years from March to July 2020 in Eye Hospital Affiliated of Nanchang University were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into emmetropia group(31 eyes),low myopic group(73 eyes)and moderate myopic group(60 eyes)according to equivalent spheroscopy(SE).All subjects were examined by ocular surface analyzer,non-invasive first break-up time(NIBUT-f)and non-invasive mean break-up time(NIBUT-v)were measured and dry eye grading was performed.The correlation between gender,degree of myopia and NIBUT-f,NIBUT-v and dry eye grade was analyzed.Results Male NIBUT-v was lower than female,and dry eye grade was higher than female,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in NIBUT-f between male and female(P>0.05).Both NIBUT-f and NIBUT-v in emmetropia group were higher than those in myopic group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in NIBUT-f,NIBUT-v and dry eye grading of different degrees of myopia(P>0.05).SE had no correlation with NIBUT-f and NIBUT-v(P>0.05).Conclusion Male children had shorter NIBUT-V and higher degree of dryness than female children.Compared with emmetropia,the nibut-F and NIbut-V of myopic children decreased,but the degree of myopia was not related.
