摘要
放射、化学及靶向药物抗肿瘤治疗均可造成心脏损伤。心血管MR(CMR)不仅能检出心脏结构、功能异常及部分坏死和瘢痕组织,还可用于评估心肌组织学微观结构重构及微循环障碍,有助于评估心肌损伤早期充血水肿及中晚期心肌坏死纤维化、心功能失代偿和微血管损伤。本文就CMR诊断抗肿瘤治疗相关心脏损伤的进展进行综述。
Radiotherapy,chemotherapy and targeted drug anti-tumor therapy all might cause cardiac impairment.Cardiovascular MR(CMR)could not only detect cardiac structural and functional abnormalities,as well as partial necrosis and scar tissue,but also evaluate the microstructure reconstruction of myocardial tissue and the microcirculation disturbance,therefore being helpful for evaluating early hyperemia and edema,later myocardial necrosis,fibrosis,cardiac function decompensation and microvascular injury of myocardial impairment.The progresses of CMR for diagnosing anti-tumor therapy related cardiac impairment were reviewed in this article.
