摘要
单核苷酸多态性(Single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)是基于单碱基突变的DNA标记,属于DNA标记法中的Ⅰ类标记,Ⅰ类标记指功能基因DNA序列的变异。SNP具体是指在某个DNA区域的单碱基替代。在功能基因上,这种替代无论出现在编码区或非编码区,都可能会对基因的功能产生影响,进而对其控制的性状产生作用,故该标记法广泛应用于家畜的育种工作中。文章就该标记法的特点、检测方法及其近10年在国内鹅类育种上的应用进行了综述。
Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is a DNA marker based on single base mutation,which belongs to class I marker in DNA marker method.Class I marker refers to the variation of DNA sequence of functional gene.SNP specifically refers to a single base substitution in a DNA region.In functional genes,the substitution of coding region or non coding region might affect the function of genes,and then affect the traits controlled by them.Therefore,this marker method was widely used in livestock breeding.In this paper,the characteristics,detection methods and application in goose breeding in recent ten years were reviewed.
