抑郁症共病纤维肌痛综合征一例

Depressive disorder comorbid with fibromyalgia syndrome:a case report

纤维肌痛综合征是以全身弥漫性疼痛为主要特征的疾病,该病可单独发病,也可与其他疾病共同存在,抑郁症是其常共病的精神疾病。由于纤维肌痛综合征的临床症状及客观指标缺乏特异性,临床上容易误诊、漏诊。本文回顾性分析1例抑郁症与纤维肌痛综合征共病患者的临床资料并进行文献复习。

Fibromyalgia syndrome(FMS)is a pain disorder featured with diffuse pain throughout the body.It may occur alone or cooccur with other diseases.Depressive disorder is a mental illness that is commonly comorbid with FMS.Due to the lack of specific clinical features and objective indicators,FMS can be easily misdiagnosed and missed in clinical practice.This article retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics of a patient with major depressive disorder comorbid with FMS.Relevant literatures were also reviewed.
