新时代网络思想政治教育话语权的发展逻辑:动力和路径 被引量:2

摘要 中国特色社会主义进入新时代,网络思想政治教育话语权的争夺成为意识形态领域斗争的重点,网络思想政治教育话语权的增强面临着前所未有的压力,传递新时代中国声音是新时代网络思想政治教育话语权发展的外在动力,思想政治教育自身发展的理论自觉构成了其发展的内在逻辑,网络新媒体的时代背景赋予其时代动因。新时代网络思想政治教育话语权的建构,要以马克思主义为指导,以马克思主义中国化的成果,尤其要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想引领网络思想政治教育话语的发展;要以人民为中心的发展理念,将青少年和领导干部作为话语建设的重点客体;要将理论话语回归生活旨趣,用网言网语引领社会舆论,实现话语权的理性回归。 As Socialism has entered a new era,the struggle for the discourse power of network ideological and political education has become the focus of the struggle in the field of ideology,Transmitting the voice of China in the new era is the external motive force for the development of the discourse power of ideological and political education in the new era,and the theoretical self-consciousness of the development of ideological and political education itself constitutes its internal logic,and the background of the new network media gives it the motive force of the Times.The construction of the discourse power of ideological and political education on the internet in the new era should be guided by Marxism and based on the achievements of the localization of Marxism in China,in particular,the development of ideological and Political Education discourse on the internet should be guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era;We should return the theoretical discourse to the purport of life and guide the public opinion with the internet language to realize the rational return of the right of discourse.
