高职院校学生学习兴趣现状调查及对策研究

Research on the Investigation and Countermeasures of Students'Current Situation of Learning Interest in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了解高职院校学生学习兴趣现状,本研究对全国11所高职院校3628名高职学生从学习动机、学习内容和管理制度等6个方面进行了调查。针对调查结果,从激发学习内驱力,增强学习内容的适应性,构建弹性教学管理制度,营造良好的氛围,加强学习能力培养,落实立德树人根本任务等6个方面提出了建议。

Mycos Data(Beijing)Co.,Ltd.,a third-party data organization,has conducted a survey on the“teaching satisfaction”of the graduates of national higher vocational colleges and Zhongshan Polytechnic for six consecutive years,and it reveals that the need for improvement of“failure to mobilize students’interest in learning”is brought into sharp focus and the problem is prominent.The research group collects data through questionnaire survey,analyzes the reasons for the decline of learning interest,and explores the effective path to improve learning interest.
