中国共产党减贫实践的百年历程与经验

The Century-Long Course and Experience of the CPC's Poverty Reduction Practice

1921年至2021年,中国共产党领导全国人民历经百年减贫实践,实现了从解决温饱到全面小康的伟大跨越。在不同历史阶段,基于时代背景与国情变化,中国共产党领导下的减贫标准、减贫目标、减贫对象以及减贫方式呈现出差异性的演进逻辑。回溯中国共产党百年减贫伟绩的取得,实现国家主权独立自主是根本前提,坚持中国共产党对减贫的持续领导是基础保障,始终将人民利益放在首位是先决要素,发挥集中力量办大事的社会主义制度优势是关键支撑,益贫式增长的经济发展是核心动力。

From 1921 to 2021,the CPC has led the Chinese people through a century of poverty reduction,and achieved a great leap from solving the problem of ensuring people's basic living needs to building a well-off society in an all-round way.In different historical stages,based on the background of times and changes of national conditions,the poverty reduction standards,poverty reduction objectives,poverty reduction objects and poverty reduction methods under the leadership of the CPC show different evolution logic.Looking back on the great achievements of the CPC in poverty reduction in the past 100 years,there are some implications:for poverty reduction,the realization of national sovereignty and independence is the fundamental premise;insisting on the continuous leadership of the CPC is the basic guarantee;always putting people's interests in the first place is the prerequisite;giving full play to the advantages of socialist system of pooling resources to address major problems is the key support;and the economic development of pro-poor growth is the core driving force.
