摘要
数字化转型日益成为企业立足新发展阶段、适应新发展格局、实现高质量发展的时代要求,管理会计在应对数字化转型中需要更加聚焦服务企业战略、发展规划和高质量运营,不断创新,找准数字化转型的切入点。本文从大型医药健康类企业工作实践出发,总结了在实现业财融合的过程中,企业通过建立财务数据中台,将相关数据与信息反馈到业务中台,从而构建出完善的前台合规和风险管控机制,在企业内部形成全景化的管理链路。此外,本文介绍了企业的全面预算管理和生态化的项目管理体系如何促进智能化,赋能业务部门全面提质增效的实践与发展思路。
Starting from the practice of a large medical and health enterprises,this paper summarizes how enterprises can build a perfect front-end compliance and risk control mechanism by establishing a financial data center and feedback mechanism,so as to form a global management map within the enterprise.In addition,this paper also introduces the practice and development of how the enterprise’s master budget system and ecological project management system can enable the business department to improve quality and efficiency,so as to provide examples for other enterprises on how the digital transformation can enable the high-quality development and management upgrading.
