摘要
采用颗粒自稳定发泡技术,以碳化硅为主要原料,向浆料中加入适量棓酸丙酯(PG),利用机械搅拌法产生颗粒自稳定泡沫,经干燥烧结后制备出强度较高的碳化硅多孔陶瓷。实验结果表明:浆料pH值为8,固质量含量为60%,PG质量添加量为0.6%,烧结制备的碳化硅多孔陶瓷孔径在50~100μm之间,抗压强度为3.02MPa。
Silicon carbide porous ceramics were prepared by particle-stabilized foaming technology using silicon carbide as the main raw material,and an appropriate amount of propyl gallate(PG)was added to the slurry to produce particlestabilized foam by mechanical mixing.After drying and sintering,porous silicon carbide ceramics with higher strength were prepared.The experimental results show that when the pH value of the slurry is 8,solid content is 60%,and PG content is 0.6%,the pore size of the porous silicon carbide ceramic is between 50~100μm,and the compressive strength is 3.02 MPa.
