塔里木乙烷制乙烯智能工厂建设探索和思考

摘要 在国内外炼化产业智能制造转型升级进程中,塔里木乙烷制乙烯项目作为国家示范工程,开展智能工厂规划设计,探索智能化技术在生产全过程的应用,以工业化技术和信息化技术深度融合建设智能工厂基础,以智能化优化技术应用持续探索炼化智能工厂建设,统一的数字化工厂平台和技术开发体系作为重要保障,走出一条适合乙烷制乙烯工厂业务发展与变革的需要、紧跟先进技术发展趋势、先进技术有效应用并持续改进的智能工厂建设之路。 In the historical process of transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in refining and chemical industry at home and abroad,Tarim ethane to ethylene project,as a national demonstration project,carries out the planning and design of intelligent factory,explores the application of intelligent technology in the whole process of production,and builds the foundation of intelligent factory through the deep integration of industrial technology and information technology.It continuously explores the construction of refining intelligent factory with intelligent optimization technology application,and finds a way to build an intelligent factory which is suitable for the business development and reform of ethane to ethylene plant,keeps up with the development trend of advanced technology,and effectively uses and continuously improves the advanced technologies with a unified digital factory platform and technology development system as the important guarantee.
