压缩机机组是乙烯装置的重要核心组成部分,中原石化压缩机组在运行过程中出现了乙烯制冷压缩机透平振动高、丙烯制冷压缩机油站过滤器切换过程中自力阀故障等问题,通过采取有效措施,解决了影响三机长周期稳定运行的问题,同时介绍了了三机长周期管理经验,保证了机组长周期运行,提高装置经济效益。

Compressor unit is an important core component of ethylene plant.During the operation of the compressor unit at SINOPEC Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corp.Ltd.,some problems such as the high vibration of ethylene compressor turbine and the failure of self-operated valve in the filter switching process of propylene compressor oil station occurred.An effective solution was put forward to solve the problems affecting the long-term stable operation of the compressors.This paper also introduces the experience in management of the compressors,so as to ensure the long-term operation of the compressor unit and improve the economic benefit of the plant.
