铒激光、钕激光和半导体激光在牙周炎治疗中的应用逐年增多.但目前对激光在牙周炎非手术治疗中的疗效存在争议。本文主要阐述这三类牙科激光在牙周炎非手术治疗中的应用特点和各自的优势,为牙科激光治疗方案的选择提供指导,并为老年人牙周炎的治疗提供新的思路。

The application of erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet(Er:YAG)laser.neodymiumdoped yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd:YAG)laser and diode laser in the treatment of periodontitis has been increasing in recent years.but there is controversy about the efficacy of laser in non-operative treatment of periodontitis.This paper mainly describes the features and advantages of Er:YAG laser.Nd:YAG laser and diode laser in non-surgical periodontal treatment.and provides advice on the selection of laser lypes in dental treatment and insights on the treatment of periodontitis in elderly patients with common chronic diseases.
